Pre-leasing has opened for Cascade, the new 37-story luxury rental tower in Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood.

Excitement was already building for the new Lakeshore East homes at Cascade when the project topped off in January, and with preleasing beginning this month, residents are closer than ever to their move-in dates.

Final construction has moved along nicely at Cascade since the 37-story tower topped out in January, and preleasing has officially begun, with move-ins expected later this summer.
